After a long period of dealing with our personal affairs, we're returning stronger than ever with Nordi's Atlas' monthly track releases. And... the upcoming premiere EP from another one of our artistic monks 👀

During this weekend, Miguel took a trip to Northampton for a visit to Rafael's new home. Unfortunately, on the way there, he had to listen to a cab driver babbling and trying to convert him to a certain religion, which was a headache altogether in the first... The world is out of place, but it doesn't mean you've got to impose your creeds on other people, like you're starting some sort of cult. Oh well...
Speaking of a cult, both our sessions made us start two follow-up tracks for one of the future compilations called Cultus.

The first idea for the first track started by sampling a reel we found on social media from a young man in the 70s who happened to be conned by purchasing a fake ticket for a jazz concert. We had so much fun making this track, mainly during the sampling process, since we kept laughing at how intoxicated and upset the lad sounds throughout the samples. Haha!

For the summer bank holiday session, we've started the other Cultus track based on the jazzy vibe coming from the day before. However, there's a more serious feeling to this track with all the different grooves and time signatures brought to the table (not downsizing the comical aspect of yesterday's tune, of course).
